Our extrusion department transforms raw materials into a wide range of versatile and durable films. We take pride in our commitment to producing high-quality polythene products through advanced extrusion processes.

We extrude a range of polymers (including: LDPE, rLDPE, LLDPE, MLLDPE, MDPE and HDPE) and produce an array of films in various microns, colours and sizes.

Sustainability is at the core of our operation. As part of our sustainability commitment, Povoas Packaging offer: recycled films, Carbon Neutral, compostable and biodegradable polythene options. These different solutions allow us to produce versatile polythene whilst maintaining a sustainable product.
